• Organizational effectiveness consulting for startups and companies

These services are capability-building, advisory, and implementation-oriented. Career growth, job outcomes, promotions, and business results depend on the degree of implementation of the guidance provided.

2 Participation Responsibility

Program effectiveness is directly linked to client participation:

• Attendance in all scheduled 1:1 sessions
• Completion of assignments and action tasks
• Participation in weekly review/check-back sessions
• Implementation of advised strategies
• Transparent and timely communication

3 Psychometric Assessment Requirement

Psychometric assessment is mandatory for career transformation programs.

• Conducted for diagnostic and development planning purposes
• The cost associated with this assessment is non-refundable, including in refund-eligible cases

4 Scheduling and Attendance Discipline

Sessions missed without prior notice may not be rescheduled. Consistent participation is essential for eligibility under the guarantee structure.

5 Intellectual Property Protection

All tools, frameworks, materials, recordings, and strategies shared remain the intellectual property of Crazy Career Enablers. Reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6 Limitation of Liability

Crazy Career Enablers is not liable for consequences arising from the application or non-application of the guidance provided.

7 Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction.
